Born on 3 October 1987 in the village of Gorna Banjica (Yukarı Banisa), near Gostivar, Chairman Zülfikar Zeynula completed primary school there. He finished secondary education at the "Mustafa Kemal Atatürk" school in Gostivar and later completed "Pançe Popovski" High School in the same region. He graduated from the Police Academy of the "St. Kliment Ohridski" University in Skopje.
From 2005 to 2012, he chaired the DPTM Youth Branch in Gorna Banjica. From 2016 to 2025, he served as Chairman of the DPTM Gorna Banjica Branch. Between 2017 and 2021, he served as Technical Secretary and Head of the Private Office at DPTM's National Headquarters. From 2017 to 2021, he was a DPTM councillor on the Gostivar Municipal Council. Between 2021 and 2024, on DPTM's nomination, he served as Deputy Director of North Macedonia's Protection and Rescue Directorate.
In 2023, in recognition of his humanitarian assistance and efforts following the earthquake disaster in Türkiye, he was awarded the "Medal and Order of Outstanding Self-Sacrifice" by the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
In addition to Turkish, Zeynula also speaks Macedonian, English and Albanian. He is married and the father of one child.
