Access to Public Information

Under North Macedonia's Law on Free Access to Public Information (Official Gazette No. 101/2019), any domestic or foreign natural or legal person may request information relating to the Turkish Democratic Party's income and expenditure.

Requests may be submitted in writing or verbally. Written requests must be made using the standard form and submitted to info@tdp.org.mk or delivered in person to the party's headquarters. The party must respond within 20 days. The requester may appeal to the Agency for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information within 15 days of receiving the response (or of the response deadline expiring).

List of Information of Public Character

Information concerning the party's activities, as set out in North Macedonian law and the party's own acts (Statute, Program).

Basic contact details for the party: name, address, phone, fax, email, and website address.

Biographies of the Chairman, Executive Board members, Central Assembly members, Supervisory Board members, local branches, Youth Union and Women's Union.

Contact details of the party's Information Officer: full name, email, and phone number.

Laws governing the establishment, registration and dissolution of political parties; their financing, financial operations and oversight; the protection of personal data; and the prevention of corruption.

Information on income and expenditure for the party's regular operations.

Information on income and expenditure for election campaigns in which the party participates independently or as part of a coalition.
8
Information relating to other obligations under the Law on Free Access to Public Information.
